Paris - Dining List
Few spots I’d return to a thousand times.
Le Bon Georges - Classic, luxury bistro. Outrageous wine list, ten inches thick. Melt-in-mouth steaks. Chalkboard of specials. Very tiny tables, very very intimately spaced. Essentially knocking elbows with the couple next door but worth it for the food, ambiance, service. Recommend the steak of course.
Lapérouse - Stunning members-esque restaurant and bar. One of our favourite restaurants in the world. Sexy interiors, exceptional food, excellent service. Pay for it naturally but it’s worth every penny. Can spend very long dinners and nights here. The live music in the dining room is always a lovely little bonus.
Brasserie l'Émil at Château Voltaire - We stumbled on this one. Would love to stay at the 5-star Château Voltaire next time. Calm and sophisticated dining room. Really fresh food with sublime flavor.
Le Voltaire - Institution. Grand, traditional (you could say dated) wooden panelled dining room. Serves the French classics. Spend a long lunch cozied up in a booth. We ordered steak tartare, Dover sole, many sides (often the highlight for me and these did not disappoint).
